I filled a return forms and before I got to the collection point, Jumia has council it, so after given the product out to the agent, there was no return forms on my phone to fill, so I even show it to the agent to see the form was not there for me to fill again. After somedays that the days were up the form now appeared on the app n when I tried they said days for return has pass. Now no refund but the product is been given to your agent 3 days after collection. Is it not a cheat. After counciling what i filled first let the form still be on the app for me to fill again
