audio quality is beyond bad, build quality is fragile, battery life is incredible short even with the case, sometimes one of the earbuds refuses to work. the product is just not worth your money at all. please don't waste your cash

Right ear not working and this is the second time even after returning the first one I bought. A voucher was raised for me to reorder after i returned the first one. But I guess it's the same item delivered to me since the right ear of this one too is not working. Infact im dissatisfied!
