How do I search for products?

Put a keyword into the search box and all products relevant to your search will be displayed. You can search with brand, model, function, product name or just a key word. Once you have found your product select "add to cart". Continue searching and adding more products, until you are ready to checkout.

How do I place an order on your website?

To place an order, follow these steps:
  1. Click on the product you want to order
  2. On the description page, click ‘add to cart’
  3. On the shopping cart page, click ‘proceed to checkout’
  4. As a new customer, click ‘continue’ under new customer
  5. On the next page, fill in your details under customer information,
  6. Choose from the payment options available,
  7. Confirm your order by clicking on the ‘checkout’ button

How do I register?

If you are a new user, then you can register in a few easy steps and create your own Jumia account. Just fill out your email, billing address and telephone number and you’re all done. After you register, you need to fill in your email address and password to login to your Jumia account. What does it mean to login? You have to login to have full access on Jumia.

Do you sell UK used or fairly used products?

All the products on our website are brand new. We assure you authenticity and originality.

Do you offer installation services? is an online retailer of various products that may require installation but we do not offer installation or repair services at the moment.

Do your products have warranty?

All our products have a one year manufacturer’s warranty so if the product develops a factory or manufacturer’s fault within one year; we will exchange or get the product fixed.

If you cannot find what you are looking for make sure it isn’t listed under a different category. Shipping & Delivery

Can you deliver to me outside Lagos? is happy to deliver products to its customers anywhere in Ghana.

When will I get my product after I place an order (delivery period)?

Our standard delivery period is 2-5 working days. However, you will receive notice on the morning of delivery

Where is your shop? is an online store and so we don’t have shops. For your convenience, simply place an order on our website and the product will come to you.

How do you charge for shipping?

A charge is applied based on order weight and shipping address. is currently offering free shipping anywhere within Accra for orders worth ₦ 30,000 and over!

Can I come and pick up my order from your office? offers delivery services and because of the goal of convenience, we do not encourage our customers to come to our office to pick up items. However, if that is your preferred option, we are happy to give you a call when your product is ready to be picked up so that you can make your way to our office to pick it up.

What if I am not home at the time of delivery?

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email to confirm that your package is on its way to your door. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we will leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the courier. We will do as much as we possibly can to make sure you get your order.

Can my parcel be delivered to an office address?

Yes, your parcel can be delivered to an office address. You must enter the address along with your full name upon checkout.

My items haven't arrived yet. What can I do?

Please allow at least 10 business days for your order to arrive. You are able to track the status of your order using the tracking ID sent to you. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Customer Service.

How do I make payment? has four payment options to choose from. Online Banking, Bank Deposits, Pay on Delivery and Credit Card payment. When you place your order on our website, these options are displayed and you can choose which option is most suited to you.

Do you offer instalment payments? works hard to fulfil all online shopping needs but unfortunately we don’t have the facilities to accommodate instalment payments. All our prices are very affordable and we definitely have products within your budget.

Are your prices negotiable? work very hard on making sure our prices are as competitive as possible. Therefore, our prices are non-negotiable.

I am having trouble placing items in the cart. Why is this?

In order to put items in the basket, you should adjust the security settings of your browser and adjust the security settings.

Internet Explorer 6 or 7 as follows:
  1. Click Tools.
  2. In the drop down selection menu, select Internet Options.
  3. Click the Security tab.
  4. Click the "Security level for this zone" and adjust it to custom level.
  5. Scroll down the settings to the scripting box.
  6. Select "Enable" in the Active Scripting and Scripting of Java Applets box.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Click Internet Options and then OK again to accept the settings.
  9. Close your browser and restart it again to activate the changes made to the settings

  1. Click Tools.
  2. In the drop down selection menu, select Settings.
  3. Click the Content tab.
  4. Check Enable JavaScript and enable Java.
  5. Click OK.
