PAY ON DELIVERY


Using Jumia's Pay on Delivery service, you can pay in cash to the delivery agent upon receiving your order.

This is an easy payment option that only requires you to have the correct amount of cash when your package is delivered, as our delivery men do not carry petty cash. Take note that all payment should be done in Ghanan Naria, and that the Pay on Delivery option is only available for certain postal codes.
Jumia will not incur you with delivery charges for this option.

NB: no Cash on Delivery Option outside Accra.

ONLINE BANKING / BANK TRANSFER


This payment method requires the customer to transfer money directly from his/her account into one of Jumia’s bank accounts.
Orders must please be paid within 48 hours. Your order will be shipped as soon as your transaction reflects in our account (order will be cancelled if the amount is not received in the Jumia Account within 2 business days).
