Product Review This is my third purchase of this product, and unfortunately, I keep experiencing the same problem. The first two I bought both developed issues within a year. While cooking, the cooker would switch from Cook to Warm even when there was still plenty of water and the rice wasn't cooked. I eventually had to force it to stay on Cook, which eventually affected the cooker. I decided to give the product another chance, thinking maybe I had used the first ones incorrectly. But the new one did the exact same thing from the very first use. I tested it twice, and both times it switched off while there was still water and the rice was not cooked. It's honestly very disappointing to spend money on the same product three times and experience the same problem. The manufacturer really needs to improve the Cook/Warm mechanism and quality control. A customer should be able to cook without constantly monitoring or forcing the cooker to stay on. I am sharing this review because I genuinely hope the manufacturer takes the feedback seriously and improves the product for future customers.
