Bad customer service

I ordered a product with the brand name Avinas 16L 3in1 breakfast maker BUT the seller delivered silver crest 12L product. What do you call this? A scame or a mistake? There's a policy to return it but have u considered a time wasted or how it will affect ur customers ? Serve ur customers with due respect. Some of us respect time n doesn't Play with it.. think of it if the item is needed urgently n u disappoint this way , u will compensate the damage it will cost? .
