Couldn't trim hair.
I received the product yesterday. However, the blades are not fixed well so it leaves gap between the upper and the lower blades, making it cutting irregularly. I am experienced in using these types of clippers, so u disassembled it to only come to find out that the holder of the upper blade isn't grabbing it well, and that's what's causing the imbalance. Trying to use it ends up making noise by crashing the blades against each other. I stopped using it and it's going into the trash can. Because I cant risk cutting my skin because of someone's incompetence or negligence. Jumia will not accept an item that has been used. But teller, was there any other way to detect this abnormality? Fraud is not only by intent.
