Poor customer service.

Order #396979899 was one of my orders but wasn’t found at the pickup station, I ask of it and some guy who looks to be in charge there was rude and disrespectful to me. I didn’t let it slide demanded some answers which led to an argument and one of his guys came at me physically trying to beat me on top of the poor service… so I want to ask Jumia if this is how you treat your customers.
