I ordered this product for a customer,but there wasn't a charger cable charging the power bank.i return the product,it got reviewed and they returned back to me saying they find no fault in my return! How then do I charge it! This is my worst experience.

Doesn't work well.
The MagSafe doesn't work well. It doesn't stick to the back of your phone. I have to literally keep holding it behind my phone for it to charge. I tried using it without a phone case, and it didn't get any better. It have become a sitting duck.
