Is been a month my refund has not been done

I made an order of this and instead of 4 heads I had 2 and I have made filled the refund but up to now my money is not in and have no one to call or report to. Your system is also made to respond why you fill not what customers fill to ask. I need a refund so I can stop buying from this site because I don't know what you will keep next.
