DELIVERY PROCESS IS POOR

The product is 100% good but the delivery process is not encouraging us to buy some of your products. At first I used to receive my items at Buipe Post office, but now I have to travel again to either Damongo of Tamale for the items. With this I have to spend money again. Please you guys should address the issue.
