It smells nice and yes, it actually works. Mind you, when you apply it overnight, your lips tend to brighten up a little just from the first day. Now if you're looking for something that would peal your lip shade so as to get ... This is not the product for you but I wd recommend it a million times. It's safe, smells nice. Bottle could last you 3 months or more. You just have to apply it as a lip balm 2 to three times a day. You can use it when going out under the sun to the market etc without being worried about a burn or sting or itching. It's perfect for those who just want to brighten up or lighten their lip shade not the over peal lip mask thing. My 3 years old uses it with me. It's perfect. I recommend it. For kids below 5 like my daughter, apply it only when they're asleep. For older kids they can apply it at anytime cos they know it's not wise to lick it ???? but toddlers would want to lick it cos it smells nice. It gives off this strawberry bubble gum scent. Plus you can eat or take a drink with it on your lips. It's perfect
