Stuck on Wisdom Share Logo
I bought this TV on 28-07-2023, and it worked well initially. However, sometime in 2025, it developed a serious problem. The TV now gets stuck on the Wisdom Share logo during startup and never finishes booting, making it unusable. I have tried turning it off and on again, but the problem remains. I expected the TV to last much longer than this, so I'm disappointed that it failed after about two years of normal use. I would appreciate it if the seller or manufacturer could advise me on how to fix this issue or provide support. If there is a software update, firmware solution, or repair option, please let me know. Thank you.
