The only challenge I had was with the delivery, I went through hell getting the TV set delivered. Delivery agents assigned for the delivery kept saying my location isn't on their schedule for more than five times ,I kept reaching out to the Jumia contact center for assistance and it was really bad. Aside this experience,I would have given it a five star. Delivery company or agents need to up their game. I haven't had any challenges so far with the TV set,it's a great product.
