The packaging and everything was intact. The delivery also came faster than the stated date. I've used it for three days now, so far so good. Everything is working well. Quality picture and sound. It has a friendly user interface too. For starters, if you want to enjoy good picture quality and sound, change the display from standard to "dynamic" and the sound to "movie". Trust me, you're gonna love it.
