The sound is good in all aspects apart from the bass. Sometimes a quiet crackling noise can be heard in the background when playing music. Charges well, doesn't hold charge for long though - about an hour and 30 mins after a full charge. Stays firmly in the ear. I love the button controls on the earbuds - very cool. Connects easily to other bluetooth devices. All in all, a very solid product
