Initially I put on charge for over three hours and there was no response. Only the lights were working. I decided to return. When going to bed I connected to my intelligent charger and hey presto after about five hours I turned on and it started working. I kept charging until full. The battery is A+, a power bank indeed. Call clarity is excellent. Screen brightness, excellent. My disappointment; doesn't have a separate speaker for playing music so the volume is low but the Radio volume is good and the radio reception is not bad.
