Excellent sound but sound channels are inverted

The soundbar sound quality is excellent with excellent bass and surround sound. It is veryoyd too. I had to change the "EQ" on the remote to get the best quality sound. Also the channels on the speaker were inverted so left sounds come from the right and right sounds come from the left. But all in all, it's a solid speaker ????????
