The refrigerator is not cooling at all, despite being plugged in and turned on for over 24 hours. The internal light is working and the motor can be heard running, but there is no drop in temperature. Following the advice of the pickup station representative, I turned the unit off for a few hours and then restarted it. Unfortunately, after waiting several more hours, it is still failing to cool.
