Disappointed

it keeps crushing and giving me information that the storage is full. it shows 128GB storage but it cannot take download of 2GB. I wanted to return it but my previous return has been unsuccessful for about 2 years now although Jumia said they are processing the refund. Have made several calls but no active solution. I will appreciate if am reimbursed

E-waste

This device is a complete waste of money. It has glitches and does not work properly. Pressing the power button does not turn the device off. Sometimes it does, other times it does not. My biggest issue; it does not play Youtube videos properly. You can only watch in 480p and below. Even that has some noticeable lags. Recommendation: DO NOT BUY!!!
