Battery Is Bad

I charged the battery to 100% before turning the phone on to use. I used it; the battery ran out. I tried charging it, and it's stuck on the lightning screen for about 4 hours now without a single percentage increase. This is the second time I bought the same battery and had this same experience. The batteries are bad! They also run out within an hour or less.
