I have mixed feelings

The cord is too short, I have to support it with a height to be able to be able to use unlike that of the Force kettle that is a bit longer. It appears most electrical gadgets I buy from Jumia get spoil after two (2) years of use particularly the Ronstar Refrigerator and Force kettle I bought previously. This is disheartening.

Kettle not working

Please this electric kettle is not working, do well to change it for me Jumia. I'm not happy at all, the red button lights up but the water doesn't boil. I wrote to the help center but nobody cares to respond to me after calling the office and a lady directed that I should write to the help center. Please don't let this spoil my business relationship with you.
