Another POOR package handling!!!

I'm intentionally giving 4 stars, because I know you guys get rid of the 1 star reviews so that nobody can read them. The worst package handling EVER this time round. And this is where I get upset with Jumia and the delivery guys involved. I ordered a large number of items on behalf of an association, meant to be given out as PRESENTS and PRIZES. But, not even a single item came with its packaging/carton intact - some were clearly torn, wet, and damaged. Please, STOP the carelessness!! In my case, the packaging is as IMPORTANT as the item itself. I always order in large quantities - you can check the records of my two accounts and verify. Listen, from Jumia warehouse all the way down to the delivery guys, the next time I place an order, whoever will be involved in handling my items, if you handle them carelessly as if you're unwillingly dashing the items to the needy, I'll RETURN ALL of them IMMEDIATELY without blinking an eye!!! Soooo ANNOYING!!!
