I love it

I love the product and it works well. However, I want to say this about Jumia which I find to be poor customer service. I pay too much for home delivery but drivers don't want to bring the items to the provided locations. Please be careful of the Jumia rider called Nana Kojo(0552857402). He does not bring ordered items to the agreed location. Do not tip any Jumia driver and report those misbehaving to management. This has happed with several riders. Just choose a pickup location and it will be cheaper for you because these riders don't care about your items. They only care about themselves. This is the last time I will buy from Jumia.
