Disastrous experience
The experience of placing my order and getting the delivery was so chaotic that it took away appreciation for the product itself. Jumia gave problems from the first moment. Struggled to confirm payment for my order because of their systems. Then they have me an incorrect delivery timeline. Had to call their call center to ensure I got it on time and then the agents made promises that they did not keep. When I kept calling back I eventually spoke to some supervisor who took my personal and used it to whatsapp and call me to flirt. He didnt even address the inability to deliver on their promises. Instead he was more interested in whether I was married and how he could make me happy.
