Computer quite often tells me it does recognize it so I’ve got to remove it and insert it several times. Also the battery location on the mouth is upper fidgety and I can see it getting damaged in the future after several battery changes

The mouse is not good one bit , but the keyboard is quite ok . the signal from the mouse to the PC is also one major problem[sometimes freeze]. Please stop using Photoshop and rather snap the product and display real picture of the product for your customers to see and know what there are buying
