VERY TERRIBLE PRODUCT

I don't even know how I ended up with such a terrible product. I ordered for two of this product. Order came and one was completely faulty. One could not switch off the torchlight. Obviously, I returned the faulty product. My mistake is not returning the one I considered 'not faulty'. A 30000mAh cannot fully charge an android phone to 100%? Not the phone is even faulty. Finally, I bought Turf Powerbank from Francophones and it works just well. Jumia should take this rubbish off!
