Warms only semi-solid and liquid foods.
It took a long over fifty minutes to heat my stew. The plastic bowls in it does not make it okay when food is heated in it. A good metal material would have been preferred. I have stopped using it. Must be improved upon.

Dear vendor, please try and fixed the inner part of the heating lunch, the heating device nearly melted the down part of my lunch box Take your time and look and rearrange to avoid any returns I nearly returned it, but checked and it works perfectly and heats food less than 10mins
