WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE 50 KG SET?

- 2 x 2 kg solid bars (35 cm long, 28 mm diameter)
- 1 x 7.8 kg bar (155 cm long, 160 kg max load)
- 4 x 5 kg cast iron discs
- 8 x 2 kg cast iron discs
- 4 x 0.5 kg cast iron discs
The set comes with 3 pairs of disc collars

TRAIN SAFELY WITH THE 50 KG SET

Always remember to put the disc collars on after the weight discs.
Maximum load:
- 160 kg for the 155 cm bar
- 60 kg per dumbbell
- 15 kg for the disc collars in a hammer (vertical) position
