How to Make Pour-Over Coffee
Brew Your Own Coffee

When making a manual brew, place your brewer and filter on the coffee scale and press the peel button to reset the display to zero.
Add your ground coffee. You will now know exactly how much coffee you have, and therefore how much water you need to add.
Reset the display to zero again and press the "time" key . Then start the pour.
Make a note - the weight of the coffee powder, water and the pour time.
Once you have made the perfect coffee, you will know how to replicate it every time.
