Safety & Maintenance

To ensure the longevity of your equipment and your personal safety, follow these guidelines:

Weight Limits: * Max load per bar: 30 kg.

Vertical (Hammer) Grip: Do not exceed 15 kg, as the collars are not designed for more weight in a vertical position.

Storage: Cast iron is prone to rust. Never store weights outdoors or in a cellar. Always keep them in a dry place.

Cleaning: Wipe the bar and plates with a damp cloth after every session to remove sweat, then dry them immediately.
