Instructions for Use:
1. Open the vacuum-sealed package and allow the foam to sit for a moment to fully expand.

2. If the foam doesn't fully expand, you can soak it in water and then let it air dry to restore its shape.

3. Use double-sided nano adhesive to easily attach the foam to walls, ceilings, or other surfaces for sound absorption.

4. If the sound-absorbing foam doesn't spring back quickly, let it sit for one to two days, or soak it in water and wring it out. If the edges aren't smooth enough, gently stretch it.
