Product Description:
Constructed from EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) rubber, this product features exceptional flexibility and superior waterproofing capabilities. It effectively withstands extreme temperature fluctuations—ranging from bitter cold to intense heat—while offering excellent adhesive strength.
Specifically designed for vehicles, this weatherstrip can be applied to door edges, trunks, engine compartments, and the bases of windows to help reduce wind noise and v-ibration-induced sounds. It can also be installed along door frames and window edges to serve as a protective buffer against impacts, thereby effectively sealing out external noise.
For installation, you may reuse your vehicle's original mounting clips or secure the strip using waterproof double-sided adhesive tape. Prior to installation, ensure you thoroughly clean the application surface using a degreaser or wax remover.

Installation Instructions:
1: Before application, the intended surface on the vehicle body must be thoroughly cleaned to ensure it is free of any dirt, stains, or moisture residue.
2: Once applied, keep the area clean and avoid prolonged exposure to dirt or moisture; otherwise, the adhesive strength of the 3M tape may diminish, potentially causing the weatherstrip to detach or peel away.
3: Once the application site has been selected, it is recommended to begin installation at the lower edge of the front door frame. Apply the strip while applying gentle pressure; strictly avoid stretching the weatherstrip forcefully—instead, strive to maintain its original shape as you slowly and meticulously align and adhere it along the intended path. Pay special attention to corners and curves along the door frame, applying the strip gently to follow the natural contours and avoid sharp bends that could compromise the aesthetic finish. Proceed with patience and precision throughout the process—do not rush—to ensure a flawless final installation result.
4: Upon completing the full application, perform a comprehensive visual inspection. After allowing a brief moment for the adhesive to settle, go back over the entire length of the weatherstrip by hand, applying firm and thorough pressure to ensure it is securely bonded. The installation is now complete. At this stage, it is recommended *not* to close the car doors immediately; instead, leave them open for approximately 20 minutes. Afterward, close the doors and—ideally—allow the vehicle to sit undisturbed for another 3 to 5 hours before resuming normal use (i.e., opening the doors again).
5: Once the installation is complete, strictly avoid pulling or tugging at the weatherstripping with your bare hands. For three days following installation, strictly avoid washing the car or allowing water to flow directly over the weatherstripping. Furthermore, within the first 24 hours after installation, you should minimize—as much as possible—the repeated and frequent opening and closing of the car doors.
6: Immediately after installation, you may notice that closing the car doors feels slightly stiff or tight; please do not be concerned. Typically, this stiffness will gradually dissipate over the following 2 to 3 days, and the doors will return to closing normally.
7: For the next 1 to 2 days, please pay special attention to ensure that your car doors are securely closed; safety comes first.
