There are two pins in the center that can be stored in the base when not in use. When in use, the pins are screwed into the bottom of the base and can be tightened with one of the column caps, which has a built-in hex drill bit.

• How to Drill:
  1. Adjust the drill bit height according to the wood thickness.
  2. Tighten the clamp to secure the drilling guide to the wood.
  3. Insert the step drill bit into the drilling guide hole.
  4. Turn on the drill and set the speed to 500-1500 RPM.
  5. Drill slowly until the step drill bit is halfway into the wood to improve accuracy.
  6. Multiple uses. The baffle can be installed on any of the 4 sides of the Auto-Line square base.
