The BAISHIDA BL-338 Hydraulic Door Closer is a heavy-duty automatic door-closing solution designed to provide smooth and controlled closing after a door has been opened. Its hydraulic mechanism helps prevent uncontrolled swinging and reduces the tendency of doors to slam shut, making it a practical upgrade for homes, offices, shops, schools, apartments and other buildings.

Designed for doors weighing up to 90kg and approximately 800mm wide, the BL-338 provides strong closing performance while maintaining controlled door movement. The mechanism delivers approximately 40 Nm opening torque and 26 Nm closing torque, with at least 25 Nm closing torque at 5°, helping the door return reliably toward its closed position.

The closer uses durable CR-MO alloy steel components and a hydraulic oil-filled mechanism designed for dependable operation. A built-in pressure-reducing valve helps protect the hydraulic system against excessive external pressure, while the low-temperature-resistant hydraulic oil allows the unit to operate across a wide temperature range of approximately -40°C to 40°C.

With a tested service life of up to 200,000 operating cycles, the BAISHIDA BL-338 is well suited to doors that are opened and closed repeatedly throughout the day. Its compact surface-mounted design provides a practical and professional solution for improving door control, convenience and everyday durability.
