Ethernet cable only reaches 100 metres. This Netlink HTB-GS-03 A/B pair converts your network to fibre optic, so you can connect sites up to 20 km apart at full Gigabit (1000 Mbps) speed. It’s ideal for CCTV systems, offices, campuses, estates, warehouses, schools and ISP customer connections.

How it works

Router/Switch → RJ45 → Unit A → one single-mode fibre → Unit B → RJ45 → Switch / Camera / PC

How to install:

1. Place Unit A at the main location (router or switch side).
2. Place Unit B at the remote location.
3. Connect the two units with one single-mode SC fibre cable.
4. Plug in the Ethernet cables and power adapters.
5. When the FX/Link LED lights on both units, the connection is ready. ✅

⚠️ Why A + B?
This is a single-fibre (BiDi) converter. Unit A and Unit B send and receive on different light wavelengths, which lets them share one fibre core. A must always connect to B. Two A units, or two B units, will not work. This pack includes one of each, so you’re ready to go.
