Important Connection Tips

• OTG must be enabled in your phone settings first. If the microphone fails to respond after plug-in, follow the instructions below:

1. Certain Samsung and other Android models have limited compatibility with Type-C external audio devices. Download the Open Camera app for normal recording if issues occur.
2. Some older Android phones cannot recognize external microphones via the native camera. We recommend recording videos through third-party apps including YouTube, Facebook and other video creation platforms.
3. No signal detected after plugging in the receiver? Double-check and activate the OTG switch in your phone’s system settings.
4. Android devices support both native camera recording and third-party app recording.
