OTG function must be turned on in your phone’s settings before use.

1. Certain Samsung and other Android models have limited compatibility with external Type-C audio gear. If sound recording fails, install the Open Camera app for normal use.
2. Some older Android phones cannot recognize external microphones via native camera recording. We recommend recording videos through third-party apps including YouTube, Facebook and other video shooting platforms.
3. If your phone detects no signal after plugging in the receiver, double-check and enable the OTG option in system settings.
