If you encounter issues with your Pro 5s bluetooth headset, follow these quick steps:

• Step 1: Forget the "Pro 5s" or "Pro5s" from your phone’s Bluetooth settings.

• Step 2: Place both earbuds back in the charging case.

• Step 3: Take both earbuds out simultaneously. Wait 3–5 seconds for them to sync with each other before searching for them on your phone.
