Designed for a wide range of Samsung LCD, LED, Plasma and compatible Smart TV models, this remote provides convenient access to essential TV functions including Power, Source, HDMI, Volume, Channel, Menu, Guide, Info, Return, Exit and media controls.
The remote uses infrared (IR) transmission and generally requires no complicated programming or pairing—simply insert the required batteries and point the remote toward the TV's IR sensor.
Compatibility
The RM-D1078 is designed for many Samsung LCD, LED, Plasma and Smart TV models. Examples of compatible model families include UE32ES, UE40ES, UE46ES, UE50ES, UE55ES, UA32ES, UA40ES, UA46ES, UA50ES and UA55ES series, among others. It is also associated with replacement remote numbers such as AA59-00581A, AA59-00582A, AA59-00790A and RM-L601, depending on the TV model.
Important: Samsung has many TV generations, so compatibility should be checked against your TV model or original remote number before ordering. The fact that a TV is a Samsung Smart TV does not by itself guarantee that every RM-D1078 function will work.
