Swe-Care Ovulation Kit is an over-the-counter, home-use medical device designed to detect the surge of luteinizing hormone (LH) in your urine, which typically occurs 12 to 48 hours before an egg is released. This helps you pinpoint the two most fertile days to conceive.

How does it work?

The test measures  the concentration of the pregnancy hormone called Luteinizing Hormone (LH) in a woman’s urine. A positive test indicates an increase in concentration of LH (25mIU / mL and above) and the chance of becoming pregnant is greatest in the following 2-3 days.

 When to take the test

You need to know how long your menstrual cycle is. On average, 28 days is equivalent to one cycle, but this varies from woman to woman. For example, between 21 to 45 days menstrual cycle can be experienced among teenagers and 21 to 35 days among adult women. Therefore, you need to test yourself several times (at least 5 to 7 times within the menstrual cycle) to know the exact time of ovulation. Always follow the instructions provided with the test kit to know the day to perform your ovulation test.
