5. DO NOT put your hands or fingers between the rungs while retracting to avoid pinching.
6. If the ladder is too heavy for you to operate, ask another person for help.
7. Heavier but Safe: For telescoping design our ladder is 47lbs, a little bit heavier than traditional A frame extension ladder or straight 20ft telescoping ladder since it has to use bigger aluminum tubes to hold the above ones, but you will have a collapsible ladder which is easy to store, carry-on and move.
