Installation, Setup & Configuration Guide

1. Physical Installation:

Unpack the phone and place it on a stable office desk or mount it using a compatible wall-mount arrangement, if supported.

Attach the handset to the phone using the coiled handset cable.

Connect the handset and other required accessories to their appropriate ports.

2. Network Connection:

Connect an Ethernet cable from the phone's network port to your router, network switch or office LAN.

If using PoE, connect it to a compatible PoE network switch or injector.

Alternatively, use the compatible power adapter if required and supported by your model.

3. SIP Account Configuration

Access the phone's settings menu.

Enter the SIP account details provided by your VoIP service provider or office IT administrator.

Configure the SIP server address, username, password and other required network settings.

Save the settings and allow the phone to register with the SIP server.

4. Testing and Operation
