Before use, soak in 80-90°C boiling water for about 1 minute.
Dry thoroughly before use.
Moisten the sterilized tongue scraper. Extend your tongue and place the scraper on the tongue surface. Apply moderate pressure to brush the tongue surface 5-8 times from the inner to outer third of the tongue. Rinse and repeat.
Repeat several times. After scraping, rinse your tongue and mouth thoroughly with water, then rinse the scraper. Wipe all tools dry after use to prevent moisture or residue buildup. With proper care, this tool can last over 10 years.
