Jumia Book Three Days of Rain

In Fanta Village, when it rains, lives can be lost in a coma. But on the other side, it is a joy to people who are anticipating the rain. Now, when the weather showcases signs of rain, the population and the villages bound to Fanta Village all raise up their hands, awaiting it with hope.

In Fanta Village, Pokualee, a woman, tries everything possible to abort her unborn baby. She attempts various means—mechanical, chemical, traditional, and spiritual—just to get rid of the baby.

Now, potentially, Pokualee giving birth would coincide with the rain. The weather has begun to show signs that rain is coming. Meanwhile, Pokualee and her stomach are in a coma.

To the villagers, when it rains, lives can be lost.

But to Pokualee’s husband, Fablo, when it rains, lives will surely be lost—same to the native doctor, Na Do.

Now the question lingers:

Will the gods allow the rain so Pokualee’s anticipation becomes a reality?

Or will the gods cancel the rain so the population will die out of hunger and the baby will remain alive?

The question remains.
