Launched in 2018, Malfy Con Arancia Gin is distilled in Italy, using copper stills with the finest local botanicals, which includes a mixture of Blood Oranges from Sicily, juniper, coriander, cassava, cassia, angelica root, liquorice root, coastal grown Italian lemon peel, and Sicilian grapefruit peel. Malfy Gin maintains its traditional Italian distilling technique that dates back to the 11th century, using copper stills, the finest Italian botanical and alpine spring water. Monviso water from Crissolo Spring -the highest and purest spring in Italy. The Almafi Coast-inspired Malfy Gin with a story that began with a collection of books compiled under the name Compendium Salernite, which includes a recipe for tonic wine infused with juniper berries.
