Usage Precautions for the Electric Paint Sprayer

1. Check Paint Viscosity Before Spraying
   • Use the supplied viscosity cup to test the paint or coating.
   • Ideal flow time: 20–40 seconds depending on the paint type.
   • If the paint is too thick, dilute with the appropriate thinner.

• 2. Correct Operating Positions
  • Keep the sprayer horizontal when filled with paint.
  • A slight tilt is acceptable within a safe angle.
  • Do not invert the sprayer or spray upward to prevent paint from flowing into the motor.
• 3. Two-Coat Application Recommended
  • First coat: spray a thin, even layer.
  • After it dries completely, spray a slightly thicker second coat for better coverage.
• 4. Clean Immediately After Use
  • Rinse and clean the spray gun promptly to avoid clogging and extend service life.
  • After cleaning, fill with clean water and spray for 30–60 seconds to flush the valve core completely.
