Cocoa pod ash provides natural potash, which helps create a hardworking cleanser during soapmaking. Palm kernel oil gives the bar a strong cleansing lather, while raw shea butter adds a more conditioning feel to support a balanced cleanse.

How it is made
Handmade in Ghana using a traditional West African soapmaking method. Cocoa pod ash is combined with oils and butter through saponification to create real soap. This bar is sourced from Kukurantumi in Ghana’s Eastern Region. No added parabens, preservatives, or fillers.

How to Use
Lather a small amount in your hands before applying to the face or body. Cleanse for 20 to 40 seconds, then rinse thoroughly. It can also be used for handwashing clothes or dishes. Cut off a small piece for daily use and keep the rest dry.

Practical Guidance
Start with 2 to 3 times a week if you are new to black soap. If skin feels tight, moisturize immediately and reduce frequency. Store in a cool, dry place away from water.
