Key Features & Design

The controller retains the iconic symmetrical layout of its predecessors but adds several innovative hardware components:

Touchpad: A two-point capacitive touchpad located on the front of the controller. It can be swiped, pinched, and clicked like a button, offering new ways to navigate maps or trigger in-game menus.

Light Bar: An integrated LED strip on the top (and later visible through the touchpad in the V2 model) that changes color to identify players (Blue, Red, Green, Pink) or reflect in-game status, such as low health or police chases.

Share Button: Replaces the traditional "Select" button. It allows players to instantly capture screenshots, record video clips, or start a live stream without pausing the game.

Built-in Speaker & Headset Jack: Includes a mono speaker for immersive sound effects (like radio chatter) and a 3.5mm jack for plugging in standard headphones.

Refined Ergonomics: Features concave analog sticks for better grip and improved "trigger" style L2 and R2 buttons for more precise control in racing and shooting games.
