TIPS：Emergency Handling for Water Damage

If the writing tablet accidentally gets rained on or damp, causing parts of the screen to turn black or fail to clear:

Do NOT press the erase button: Powering on the device blindly after water damage can easily burn out the chip.

The correct approach: Remove the battery immediately, use a dry cloth to absorb any surface moisture, and then seal the tablet in a bag with a large amount of desiccant (such as silica gel packets, dry quicklime, or even dry uncooked rice). Let it sit for 24 to 48 hours, and only attempt to reinsert the battery after it is completely dry.
